| After extensively studying the motivational outlooks of Piaget and Vygotsky, I have been able to evaluate how I will motivate my students. While Piaget believes that intrinsic motivation is the best type of motivation for students, Vygotsky disagrees by stating that it is only through extrinsic means that students will learn. I think that they both have valid points, but unless their views are combined, certain students might be left behind. It is important to realize that all students are different, and so they might require different methods for motivation. |

| Classroom management is very important for all teachers, but especially for new teachers. A new teacher will certainly learn new ways to manage their classroom as they gain experience, but having a plan from the beginning with help them to be more prepared. A management plan will also give the students a better educational experience. With a plan in place, students will understand what is expected of them, and they will be able to focus on the content. |
